What is the "Joy Ride" cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Deposits are generally non-refundable to secure local accommodations, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or receive credit for a future retreat if you cancel at least 30 days prior to departure.

Can I pay in installments?

Absolutely. We want this experience to be accessible. When you check out via the WeTravel widget, you can choose to pay in full or select an interest-free payment plan to spread the cost over several months.

I’m traveling solo—will I fit in?

Most “Joy Riders” join us solo! Our itinerary is specifically designed to foster a safe, welcoming community. You can choose a Private Suite for total solitude or a Shared Double to connect with a fellow traveler.

What level of physical activity is required?

This journey is about restoration, not over-exertion. While there will be light nature walks and gentle movement sessions, everything is “challenge by choice.” We prioritize your physical comfort and emotional pace above all else.
